Mancos Art MArkets’ Artist’s Sunday will feature dozens of local artists displaying their works as well as food trucks and live music. Innatú will be playing music at the Mancos Opera House from 11-4. Please come out and support local artisans. Buying local craft goods is the only truly sustainable way to shop. This market honors the artists’ time and energy as opposed to exploiting their skills and labor as with imported goods from third world nations. It is also a great way to have some fun and get connected with the local community.

Sacred Body Flow is an intuitive practice that honors and unfolds the innate wisdom of your body temple. Through creative movement, connection to the breath and sensation, inspiring music, and sometimes incorporating dance, chanting and other somatic and spiritual modalities, this class will rock your world.

As a level two class, some experience is recommended, and various choices will be offered including gentle options as well as spicy challenges. Expect a practice that weaves together strength and grace, effort and release, evoking both your power and your sensuality.

Second set: 5:30 - 7:00
